Testimonies Say It All

I’m in Tulsa right now making arrangements for one of our training camps. I’m away from my family, the weather is questionable, and I’d rather be home in My Sweet Home Office Suite. But you know what? I love this work, primarily because of the testimonies below.

Testimonies Say It All

I’ve been doing speech and debate camps since 2001. We have served the homeschool leagues (NCFCA and Stoa) for most of those years, but the last couple we have opened up to private and public school leagues (NFL and others). It’s really awesome to serve the kids and turn them into champion speakers and debaters. I know this is true because of the great feedback we get from them.

Camp will make you more prepared, fluent, and confident, just like it did for me.

—Matthew Erickson, Colorado
1st Place NITOC Champion Lincoln-Douglas

Camp was an incredible place to meet fellow competitors. Coaches were top-notch! And of course, the caliber of campers was second to none.

—Joni Jacobs, Montana

The coaches were always there to help and coach one-on-one outside of lectures and their teaching was much enjoyed by all of the students involved. I highly recommend this great camp!

—Ryan Murphy, California

Thanks so much for having the camp! Camp provides a great atmosphere for different leagues to be around each other, and for competitors to get to know one another in a more laid back atmosphere.

—Reesey Rea, Colorado

I couldn’t believe how helpful the coach’s were in answering questions and sharing their experiences. I really appreciated the one on one time in particular and found it to be invaluable.

—Zack Seals, California

Before I went to Training Minds Camp I didn’t think I could speak smoothly, make good arguments, understand how to write a interp, or understand debate. Training Minds Camp changed all of that. I am confident in speech and debate now because of this camp and I look forward to future camps.

—Mickey Sheahan, California

Debate camp challenged my mind in new ways and gave me many new ideas as a coach to implement with my debaters. In addition, I left with inspiration to take on a new year.

—Melissa Zitter, Kansas

Training Minds Camp helped me learn alot about speech and debate. I am glad I went and cannot wait for the season to begin!

—Hannah Gudeman, Illinois

If attendees were singing such praises to you, wouldn’t you feel great about the work you do? I bet you would. And this is just a fraction of the hundreds we’ve received over the years (see our Testimonies Page and you’ll be impressed).

Okay, I’m bragging too much, enough said. Check out our camps at the links below. I have to get back to work wrapping up a venue and some publishing deals. I’m back home tonight with my awesome family. This good work is awesome!

I can’t believe I missed you! I was seriously 20 feet away from you and clueless that you were even there! Well, this is a belated “Hello.” I hope you had a nice visit!

    • You were in the building? How did we miss one another? I’m coming back out in April, so let’s be sure to connect then.

Yes. I was in the big room. I don’t know. I only knew you were there until after you left.
        April it is then.
